Why did I only receive the medication or Bloombox — not both?

Your medication and Bloombox ship separately and may arrive on different days.

What to expect:

  • Medication shipment will include:

    • For tablets: medication tablets and anti-nausea medication (if requested)

    • For injectables: medication vial(s), syringes, sharps container, and anti-nausea medication (if requested)

  • Bloombox shipment will include:

    • Eye mask

    • Pen and journal

    • Blood pressure cuff

Delivery timeline:

  • You’ll typically receive tracking info via email within 4 days after being approved for treatment at your Clinician Consult

  • Once shipped, you can track both packages through your email or the Mindbloom app

  • Both shipments should arrive within 7 calendar days

Didn’t get your tracking info?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Occasionally pharmacies ship medication but miss the tracking info. If you've not received an update, delivery may still occur.

  • If you've not received your medication or an update within 6 days, reach out to our Support team for help.
