Your medication ships directly from our partner-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and will be delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the pharmacy.
injectable ketamine will be shipped on ice and must be put in the fridge upon receipt.
Once your medication ships, the shipper and tracking can be accessed using your tracking number.
To access your tracking number on the Mindbloom app:
Select the Home tab by tapping the house icon on the far left bottom corner
Your shipments will appear at the top of the page
Under the Ketamine Prescription, tap Track Shipment to be redirected to the shipper's (USPS, FedEx, UPS) website
You can also access your tracking number from the tracking email.
Please remember that you must be home to sign for your medication.
