How does the refund structure work?

Mindbloom’s refund structure is based on the stage of your program, ensuring fairness and transparency. Refund eligibility varies depending on how far along you are in your journey, so you’re only charged for the services and resources you’ve used. This approach allows us to provide personalized care while responsibly managing your investment.

What happens if I become ineligible for treatment during an ongoing program?

Clients may be disqualified during an ongoing program if they are found to have violated clinical protocols or if a newly identified health concern makes them unfit to continue treatment. In these cases, the refund eligibility will depend on the status of your prescriptions and Bloombox delivery. Please refer to the program-specific refund policies below for details on charges at each stage.

​When should I expect my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact us for assistance.

Program Refund Policy

If You're in the New Client Program:

  • Full refund

    • You cancel more than 24 hours before your clinician consult

    • At your clinician consult, your clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment

  • You owe $150

    • You cancel less than 24 hours before your clinician consult

    • At your clinician consult, your clinician determines that you are eligible for treatment, but you cancel before the initial prescription and Bloombox is ordered

  • You owe $627 (50% of the full-price $1,254 program)

    • You cancel after your initial prescription and Bloombox have shipped but before your second prescription is ordered

    • Treatment ineligibility after your initial prescription and Bloombox have shipped, but before your second prescription is ordered

  • You owe $1,254 (full program charge)

    • You cancel after both your first and second prescriptions have been ordered

    • Treatment ineligibility after both your first and second prescriptions have been ordered

If You're in a Returning Client 6-Session Program:

  • Full refund

    • You cancel more than 24 hours before your clinician consult

    • At your clinician consult, your clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment

  • You owe $150

    • You cancel less than 24 hours before your clinician consult

    • At your clinician consult, your clinician determines that you are eligible for treatment, but you cancel before the prescription is ordered

  • You owe $954 (full program charge)

    • You cancel after your prescription has been ordered

    • Treatment ineligibility after your prescription has been ordered

If You're in a Returning Client 18-Session Program:

  • Full refund

    • You cancel more than 24 hours before your clinician consult

    • At your clinician consult, your clinician determines you are not eligible for treatment

  • You owe $150

    • You cancel less than 24 hours before your clinician consult

    • At your clinician consult, your clinician determines that you are eligible for treatment, but you cancel before the initial prescription is ordered

  • You owe $774

    • You cancel after your initial prescription has shipped, but before your second prescription is ordered

    • Treatment ineligibility after your initial prescription has shipped, but before your second prescription is ordered

  • You owe $1,548

    • You cancel after your second prescription has shipped, but before your last prescription is ordered

    • Treatment ineligibility after your second prescription has shipped, but before your last prescription is ordered

  • You owe $2,322 (full program charge)
