How does the refund structure work?
Mindbloom’s refund eligibility is based on the stage of your program. If you decide to cancel or are deemed ineligible to continue the treatment, you’ll only pay for the care and resources you’ve already received. You’ll be refunded the amount paid minus care and resources delivered.
What happens if I become ineligible for treatment during an ongoing program?
Clients may be disqualified during an ongoing program if they are found to have violated clinical protocols, or if a newly identified health concern makes them unfit to continue treatment. In these cases, the refund eligibility will depend on the status of your prescriptions and Bloombox delivery. Please refer to the program-specific refund policies below for details on charges at each stage.
When should I expect my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval and are sent to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
To ensure transparency, we send a confirmation email once your refund is processed. This email includes key details such as transaction references that your bank can use to trace refunds if necessary.
What should I do if my refund is delayed?
Look for the Confirmation Email: Once your refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folders if you don't see this email in your inbox.
Verify the Payment Method: Refunds are only processed back to the same payment method originally used. If the payment method is inaccessible, consult your bank for redirection options.
Check Your Bank Statement: Refunds may take longer than expected due to bank processing times. If it has been more than seven business days, your bank should be the first point of contact.
