Please look below for a summary of the milestones that, once surpassed, determine the refund amounts available.

For new clients:

  • Full Refund

    • You cancel 24+ hours before your initial consultation

    • Your clinician determines that you are ineligible for treatment

  • $99 charge

    • You cancel within 24 hours of your initial consultation

    • You cancel after your initial consultation but before the initial medication and Bloombox ship

  • $588 charge

    • You cancel after your initial medication and Bloombox ship but before your second medication ships

  • No Refund

    • You cancel after all your medication ships

For returning clients who purchased a 6-session program

  • Full Refund

    • You cancel 24+ hours before your initial consultation

    • Your clinician determines that you are ineligible for treatment

  • $150 charge

    • You cancel within 24 hours of your initial consultation

    • You cancel after your initial consultation but before the initial medication and Bloombox ship

  • No Refund

    • You cancel after all your medication ships

For returning clients who purchased an 18-session program

  • Full Refund

    • You cancel 24+ hours before your initial consultation

    • Your clinician determines that you are ineligible for treatment

  • $150 charge

    • You cancel within 24 hours of your initial consultation

    • You cancel after your initial consultation but before the initial medication and Bloombox ship

  • $594 charge

    • You cancel after your initial medication ships but before your second medication ships

    • You cancel after your second medication ships but before your third medication ships

  • No Refund

    • You cancel after all your medication ships
