We’re committed to ensuring that treatment is safe and effective for every client. Here’s what happens if you’re found ineligible for treatment:

During Your Initial Clinician Consult

  • Conditionally approved: If you’re conditionally approved, your clinician will provide specific steps to help you meet eligibility requirements for treatment.

  • Ineligible: If your clinician determines during your initial consult that you’re not eligible for Mindbloom treatment, the decision is final, and no further action can be taken. You will receive a full refund.

After You’ve Been Approved

  • Treatment ineligibility during your program: If you are disqualified after approval due to changes in health conditions, protocol violations, or other factors, your eligibility for a refund will depend on the status of your prescriptions and progress within the program. For more details, refer to the refund policy section specific to your program.
