We know getting your medication on time is important. Here’s what to expect, where to find your tracking info, and what to do if something doesn’t look right.
When should I expect my medication?
After clinician approval, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
Medications typically ship within 2 business days.
You medication should arrive within 4–6 business days of approval.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll be notified when your medication ships.
A tracking number will be emailed to you.
The tracking link also appears in your Mindbloom app under Medication Orders.
To find your tracking number on the Mindbloom app:
Go to the Home tab (house icon on the bottom left).
Your shipments will appear at the top of the page
Under the Prescription, tap Track Shipment to be redirected to the shipper's (USPS, FedEx, UPS) website for up-to-date information.
I haven’t received tracking information yet
It may take 24 hours after the pharmacy creates a shipping label for tracking info to appear.
Sometimes medication ships before tracking info is sent. Delivery may still occur without an update.
If it’s been fewer than 4 business days, your order is likely still processing at the pharmacy.
If you haven't received your medication or tracking within 6 business days, reach out to our Support. We’ll investigate directly with the pharmacy.
