We know getting your medication on time is important. Here’s what to expect, where to find your tracking info, and what to do if something doesn’t look right.
When should I expect my medication?
Medications typically ship within 2 business days of being sent to the pharmacy.
Medications ordered Friday to Sunday generally won't ship until Monday.
You medication should be delivered 6 days of being ordered.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you’ll be notified when your medication ships.
A tracking number will be emailed to you.
The tracking info also appears in your Mindbloom app on the Medication tab or at the top of the Home tab.
To find your tracking number on the Mindbloom app:
Go to the Medication tab
Your shipments will appear at the top of the page
Tap View tracking details to be redirected to the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, UPS) for full information.
I haven’t received tracking information yet
Sometimes medication ships before tracking info is sent. Delivery may still occur without an update.
If it’s been fewer than 4 business days, your order is likely still processing at the pharmacy.
If you haven't received your medication or tracking within 6 business days, reach out to Support. We’ll investigate directly with the pharmacy.
