Injectables are prescribed with 1–2 refills to ensure your medication doesn’t expire before you finish your doses. The first shipment is sent immediately after the prescription is approved in a video consult. You can request a refill for your injectable medication directly in the Mindbloom app once eligible.
Notes:
You still need to see a clinician every 6 doses for injectables.
After completing all six sessions with injectables, a new consultation with your clinician will be required to reassess progress and determine next steps.
Tablets do not have refills.
How to Request a Refill
Before you're eligible
You can see your next refill date on the Medication tab. The order button will be disabled until the specified date.
The refill button becomes active 2–3 days before your eligibility date, allowing you to submit your request promptly.
Once you’re eligible
You'll receive a notification to order the refill and see a banner on the Home tab and the button on the Medication tab will become active.
Pharmacy and Program Changes Impacting Refills
If the pharmacy previously used for your refills is no longer partnered with Mindbloom, your clinician will need to issue the remaining refill manually. Once the prescription is sent, you will receive fulfillment and tracking details from the new pharmacy.
After You Request a Refill
After requesting a refill, you’ll receive tracking updates via:

Why You Can’t Request a Refill Sooner
Due to federal regulations for controlled substances, pharmacies can only fill refills once the previous supply is nearly finished. We notify you as soon as your current prescription is eligible for the next refill.
