Change Shipment Address or Hold for Pick-Up

You can change your shipment address within the same state you're receiving treatment or request pick-up — here’s how, depending on your situation:

If your medication has already shipped

You’ll need to make changes directly with the delivery carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS):

  1. Open the tracking link from the Mindbloom app or your email.

  2. Use the carrier’s website to:

    • Change the delivery address

    • Request a hold for pick-up at a nearby carrier facility — note this is a carrier pickup point, not a local pharmacy filling your prescription

To find tracking info in the app:

  • Go to the Home tab

  • Tap Track Shipment under Ketamine prescription

Note: Depending on your state and the partner pharmacy fulfilling your prescription, an adult may need to be home to sign for the delivery of your medication.

Check with your clinician when your prescription is first written to confirm whether a signature will be required.


If your medication hasn't shipped or you haven't received any tracking info

For future shipments

Start a chat with our team so we can update the address on your account. Please note that if you've moved states, you may need to see a new clinician since they're only licensed to prescribe in specific states.
