You can change your shipment address or request pick-up — here’s how, depending on your situation:
If your medication has already shipped
You’ll need to make changes directly with the delivery carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS):
Open the tracking link from the Mindbloom app or your email.
Use the carrier’s website to:
Change the delivery address
Request a hold for pick-up at a nearby location
To find tracking info in the app:
Go to the Home tab
Tap Track Shipment under Ketamine prescription
Note: An adult must be home to sign for medication deliveries.
If your medication hasn't shipped or you haven't received any tracking info
Contact us as soon as possible so we can update your shipping address before it goes out.
