You will receive an email with tracking information 1-2 days after your clinician's approval, and your Bloombox will arrive 4-5 business days after approval. Once your Bloombox has shipped, you can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 1-2 business days after your clinician’s approval, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us for assistance.

If you need to update or redirect your delivery address to a pick-up location, click “Redirect package” in the tracking email or contact us.
