The Mindbloom program typically spans 3 months and includes 6 treatment sessions, generally scheduled about 1 week apart to maximize effectiveness based on clinical studies.

Once approved for treatment, you can schedule your first session within 7–10 days, allowing time to receive your Bloombox and medication. However, if needed, you may schedule your first session for a date beyond the 7–10 day window.

While clinicians generally recommend spacing sessions 7–10 days apart, we understand that individual schedules vary. For this reason, we offer flexibility in scheduling the remaining self-led sessions to accommodate your needs and ensure the treatment works best for you.
