Yes, your medication will ship separately from the Bloombox.

You will receive an email with tracking information within 2 days after your clinician's approval, and your Bloombox will arrive within 6 business days after approval. Once your medication has shipped, you can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days after your clinician’s approval, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us for assistance.
