Your medication and Bloombox ship separately and may arrive on different days.
What to expect:
Medication shipment will include:
For tablets: medication tablets and anti-nausea medication (if requested)
For injectables (first set only): Your first injectable order includes a full injection kit alongside your medication vial(s). The kit contains syringes, alcohol prep pads, a sharps container, and printed injection instructions. This kit is designed to cover all 6 sessions of your program — you do not receive a new kit with each refill.
For injectables (refill orders): Refill shipments include medication vials only. The syringes and supplies from your original kit should last through your program. If you have run out of syringes or are missing kit components, contact support.
Bloombox shipment will include:
Eye mask
Pen and journal
Blood pressure cuff
Delivery timeline:
You’ll typically receive tracking info via email within 4 days after being approved for treatment at your Clinician Consult
Once shipped, you can track both packages through your email or the Mindbloom app
Both shipments should arrive within 7 calendar days

Occasionally pharmacies ship medication but miss the tracking info. If you've not received an update, delivery may still occur.
If you've not received your medication or an update within 6 days, reach out to our Support team for help.
Where is my anti-nausea medication?
If prescribed, anti-nausea medication will be included in the same package as your medication. Double check the package to ensure it's not hiding underneath ice packs or in a distinct plastic baggie.
If you still cannot find the anti-nausea medication, contact our support team. We will reach out to the pharmacy to ship a new order.
