You will receive an email with tracking information within 2 days after your clinician's approval, and your medication will arrive within 6 business days after approval. Once your medication has shipped, you can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days after your clinician’s approval, please check your spam folders.
Please remember that you must be home to sign for the package. If you need to update or redirect your delivery address to a pick-up location, click Redirect package in the tracking email.
