You will receive an email with tracking information within 2 days after your clinician's approval, and your medication will arrive within 6 business days after approval.
Once your medication has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also access the tracking number directly in the Mindbloom app.
To access your tracking number on the Mindbloom app:
Select the Home tab by tapping the house icon on the far left bottom corner
Your shipments will appear at the top of the page
Under the Ketamine Prescription, tap Track Shipment to be redirected to the shipper's (USPS, FedEx, UPS) website, where you can reroute your delivery.
Please remember that you must be home to sign for the package. If you need to update or redirect your delivery address to a pick-up location, click Redirect package in the tracking email.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 business days after your clinician’s approval, please check your spam folders. You may also contact us by clicking the yellow message icon in the bottom right corner of the page to chat with us immediately or send an email.
