To troubleshoot the Mindbloom app:

  1. Log out and log back in

  2. Delete and reinstall the app

  3. Restart your device

To troubleshoot the web portal app:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies

  3. Try a different browser

  4. Disable browser extensions

  5. Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus

  6. Restart your device
