You can easily track your progress in the Mindbloom mobile app.
To view your progress:
Open the app and go to the Home page.
Tap the Profile tab.
From here, you’ll see:
How many sessions you’ve completed in your current program
How many sessions you have remaining in your current program
Your total number of completed sessions with Mindbloom
Notes:
Progress is self-recorded, so make sure you mark each session as complete in the app after finishing it.
If you purchased 12 or 18 sessions as a new client, these are divided into two or three programs of 6 sessions each. You’ll mark each program complete after finishing a set of 6 sessions.
