What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt for insurance reimbursement or FSA/HSA claims. It includes:

  • Your session date(s)

  • Provider information

  • Diagnostic and billing codes (CPT)

  • Payment details

A superbill becomes available after each completed clinician video consult.

Outstanding balance: Itemized receipts can't be generated until your program is fully paid. Once payment is complete, message support and we'll send it.

Account canceled with payments refunded: Superbills are not issued for refunded sessions. We can provide invoices and refund confirmations instead.
