How do I reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule an appointment on the Mindbloom app:

  • Click on the appointment or session that's scheduled

  • Click Reschedule

  • Find a new slot that works for you

  • To book, tap the desired appointment time and then Confirm Appointment

To reschedule an appointment using the email confirmation:

  • From the email confirmation, tap Change/Cancel Appointment

  • Tap Reschedule

  • Select the date and time by tapping the time under the date column

  • Tap Reschedule

If your appointment is within 24 hours you may incur a fee of up to $150.
