How do I reschedule an appointment?

To reschedule an appointment on the Mindbloom app:

  • Select the Home tab by tapping the house icon on the far left bottom corner

  • Navigate to the session card

  • Tap the three dots to the left of Join Zoom

  • Tap Reschedule

  • View your current provider's availability by scrolling down or by tapping See All for a specific date

  • To change your provider, tap Change clinician or Change guide

  • To book, tap the desired appointment time and then tap Confirm Appointment to finalize your booking

To reschedule an appointment using the email confirmation:

  • From the email confirmation, tap Change/Cancel Appointment

  • Tap Reschedule

  • Select the date and time by tapping the time under the date column

  • Tap Reschedule

If your appointment is within 24 hours, you'll need to contact us to reschedule, and you may incur a fee of up to $150.


You can contact us by clicking the yellow message icon at the bottom right corner of the page to chat with us immediately or send an email.
