Sometimes plans change and you need to reschedule. We have multiple ways to change an upcoming appointment.
To reschedule an appointment on the Mindbloom app
Before your appointment begins, you can reschedule using the Mindbloom app.
Log in to your Mindbloom app
Click on the appointment or session that's scheduled
Click Reschedule
View all available slots, sorted by soonest availability. You can also select "change clinician" to see availability for different clinicians in your state.
Tap the desired appointment time and then Confirm Appointment to book
To reschedule an appointment using the email confirmation
From the email confirmation, tap Change/Cancel Appointment
Tap Reschedule
Select the date and time by tapping the time under the date column
Tap Reschedule
You will receive a confirmation via email
Scenarios Requiring Rescheduling
I missed my appointment
If you missed your appointment, we can assist in rescheduling.
Option 1: Use your app to schedule a new appointment and select a time that works for you.
Option 2: If scheduling is not available in the app, contact our support team. Provide the original appointment details and updated availability. We will assist in scheduling a new appointment.
Connectivity and technical issues
If technical issue disrupt your video consultation, we can assist in rescheduling.
Contact the support team to inform them of the issue.
Provide the original appointment details and the reason for rescheduling.
Share your updated availability to facilitate quick rescheduling.
Provider is not on call at scheduled time
If you clinician or guide did not attend scheduled call, we can assist
Please wait on the call for at least 10 minutes after start time. Occasionally previous visits run over. Check your phone as they may have texted you with additional information.
If provider does not join after 10 minutes, contact the support team with details of the issue.
We will to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.
Conditions
If your appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of start time you may incur a fee of up to $150. This fee policy is part of Mindbloom’s commitment to respecting the time of our providers and ensuring availability for other clients who may be waiting. We understand extenuating circumstances may apply and we will review all cases.
