If your PTM cancels before your first session, you have two options: either arrange for a replacement and proceed with the scheduled session or reschedule for a date that accommodates your PTM.
Having a PTM present during your first session is crucial. They must be willing to appear on camera and discuss their responsibilities directly with your guide. If your PTM cannot fulfill these responsibilities, the session will need to be rescheduled.
