Join the Zoom meeting for your clinician consult at your scheduled appointment time. Mindbloom appointments are exclusively conducted via Zoom, and clinicians do not call clients directly. It is recommended to log in at least 3 minutes before your appointment time to ensure a timely start.
If you're running late, join as soon as you can — clients have up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time to join. Beyond 10 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a no-show and the standard no-show fee may apply. If you know you'll be more than 10 minutes late, please reach out to Support to reschedule.
Upon joining, you may be placed in a virtual waiting room while your clinician finishes with their previous client. While clinicians strive to be on time for all appointments, we appreciate your patience if they are a few minutes behind.
You can find your appointment time in both the Mindbloom app and your appointment confirmation email. The link to join your Zoom appointment is also available in these same locations (see below).
Zoom Connectivity Issue and Quick Fixes
Rejoin the Meeting: Leave the meeting and try joining again using the original link. If you are still unable to connect, move to step 2.
Restart the App & Device: Close Zoom completely and reopen it, or restart your computer and rejoin the link.
Restart Modem/Router: Unplug your router for 30 seconds and plug it back in to resolve the network issue.
Switch Networks: If on Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data (or a wired Ethernet connection) to see if the issue is with your ISP.
If issues persist, contact Mindbloom support for assistance.
