Injectables are prescribed with 1-2 refills to ensure your medication doesn’t expire. When you’re nearly finished with your doses, you can request a refill to get your next vial(s) of medicine.

How to request a Refill in the Mindbloom app

2 days before you’re eligible

You’ll see this banner in-app and can put the refill request in ahead to time. We’ll send you a notification to let you know the refill is available.

Once you’re eligible:

You’ll see this banner to put your refill request in immediately.

After Requesting

You’ll get updates through the shipment tracker as well as email and text.

Why can’t I get a refill sooner?

There are strict regulations about prescribing controlled substances. Pharmacies are only allowed to process new prescriptions and refills once the prior days supply is nearly exhausted.

What if I don’t see the banner?

The banner is displayed starting 2 days prior to your eligible date. If you’re out of medication but are not seeing it, try restarting or updating the app then reach out to the Support team via chat if you need further assistance.
