If you're traveling to or have moved to a different state, you'll need to contact support to update your address before changing clinicians. The steps below will not work until your address has been updated to the new state.
There are two ways you can change your clinician or guide using the Mindbloom app.
Option 1: Change During Appointment Scheduling
Tap Schedule or Reschedule your appointment.
Select Change clinician or Change guide.
You’ll see a list of available clinicians or guides to choose from.
Option 2: Change from Your Profile
If your current clinician or guide is inactive, you can choose a new one directly from your Profile.
Tap Profile from the Home tab
Tap Select new clinician or Select new guide
You'll see a list of available options
