How to Change Your Clinician or Guide

There are two ways you can change your clinician or guide using the Mindbloom app.

Option 1: Change During Appointment Scheduling

  1. Tap Schedule or Reschedule your appointment.

  2. Select Change clinician or Change guide.

  3. You’ll see a list of available clinicians or guides to choose from.

Option 2: Change from Your Profile

If your current clinician or guide is inactive, you can choose a new one directly from your Profile.

  1. Tap Profile from the Home tab

  2. Tap Select new clinician or Select new guide

  3. You'll see a list of available options

Tip: If you don’t see the option to change, or you need help choosing a new clinician or guide, you can talk to our Support team for assistance.
