If your medication has already shipped, you can use your tracking number on the shipper's website (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to reroute your delivery to a pick-up facility or change the delivery address.
To access your tracking number on the Mindbloom app:
Select the Home tab by tapping the house icon on the far left bottom corner
Your shipments will appear at the top of the page
Under the Ketamine Prescription, tap Track Shipment to be redirected to the shipper's (USPS, FedEx, UPS) website, where you can reroute your delivery.
You can also access your tracking number from the tracking email.
Please remember that you must be home to sign for your medication.
If your medication hasn't shipped or you haven't received the tracking email, contact the support team to update your shipping address.
