You can change your shipment address within the same state you're receiving treatment or request pick-up — here’s how, depending on your situation:
If your medication has already shipped
You’ll need to make changes directly with the delivery carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS):
Open the tracking link from the Mindbloom app or your email.
Use the carrier’s website to:
Change the delivery address
Request a hold for pick-up at a nearby location
To find tracking info in the app:
Go to the Home tab
Tap Track Shipment under Ketamine prescription
Note: An adult must be home to sign for medication deliveries.
If your medication hasn't shipped or you haven't received any tracking info

For future shipments
Start a chat with our team so we can update the address on your account. Please note that if you've moved states, you may need to see a new clinician since they're only licensed to prescribe in specific states.
