I didn’t receive a booking confirmation—how can I check my appointment details?

If you didn’t receive an emailed booking confirmation:

  1. Ensure you’re checking the same email address you used to sign up for Mindbloom

  2. Check your spam or junk folder

If you still haven’t received it, please contact us to confirm or update your email address.

For immediate appointment details, you can also check the Mindbloom app or review the reminder text messages we’ll send you as your appointment approaches.
