I didn’t receive a booking confirmation—how can I check my appointment details?

If you don't receive an emailed booking confirmation, check that you’re checking the same email address you used to sign up for Mindbloom and check the spam and junk folders.

If you still haven’t received it, please access the appointment details using the Mindbloom app and contact us to confirm or update your email address.
