If you don't receive an emailed booking confirmation, check that you’re checking the same email address you used to sign up for Mindbloom and check the spam and junk folders.
The confirmation email will include details such as the appointment type, date, time, and video link.
Alternatively, you can log into the Mindbloom Portal to view your appointment details, including the type, date, time, and Zoom link. If needed, you can also contact support to request that the confirmation email be resent.
