How do I reset my password?

To reset your password using the Mindbloom app:

  • Navigate to the login page

  • Tap Forgot your password?

  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password

  • Check your email inbox for a password reset link

    • If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder

  • Click the link in the email to be redirected to a password reset page

  • Enter a new password that meets the specified requirements, then confirm it by typing it again

  • Click Update Password

    • You’ll receive a confirmation that your password has been successfully reset

  • Log in to your account using your new password
