Updating Your Email Address

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to the Mindbloom support team and provide your new email address. You can do this by clicking the yellow message icon at the bottom right corner of the page to chat with us immediately

  2. Verify Your Identity: To secure your account, the support team might request verification details, such as your date of birth or other identifying information.

  3. Optional Documentation: For changes beyond the email address, like a name update, you may need to submit additional documents, e.g., legal name change forms.

  4. Resolve Duplications if Necessary: Should an account already exist with the new email address, support will help resolve duplication issues.

Post-Update Actions

  • Log Out and Refresh: After the email update, log out and log back in with your new email address to refresh your account.

  • Account History: Your account history, including records and progress, is retained after the update.

  • Password Management: Continue using your existing password or reset it via the 'Forgot Password' link if needed.
