What do you sell in the Mindbloom Shop?
The Mindbloom Shop sells branded apparel, accessories, and home goods. The majority of the apparel is unisex, so we recommend people take their true size or size down for a closer fit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is sent to production, please allow up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped. You will get a shipping confirmation via email and tracking information as soon as it’s available.
All sales are final.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
All sales are final. At this time, returns and exchanges are not supported by our partner, Printify, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact shop@mindbloom.com within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. We can then work to process your refund or order you a new item.
My Mindbloom Shop order never arrived
We’re so sorry your order has yet to arrive. Have you received any emails with tracking information? That should be the clearest picture as to the status of your items.
If it’s been more than 14 days since you placed your order, we can look into it on our end and get back to you. Can you share your order number provided to you in the initial confirmation email? It should look like this: #MB1001.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You’ll also be notified when your order is delivered.
If you logged in with a Shop account, you will also be able to follow along in your Shop app.
Is there a size chart for the unisex items? / How do I know what size I am?
