You won't be able to message your clinician directly. Instead, using the Mindbloom app:
Select the Support tab by tapping the conversation icon, the second from the bottom right
For scheduling, billing, shipments, and technical issues, tap Chat live
For session preparation, integration, and more tap Send message to text your guide
