How do I contact someone to help?

The best way to reach out for support is via the Mindbloom app.

  • Select the Support tab by tapping the conversation icon, the second from the bottom right

  • For scheduling, billing, shipments, and technical issues, tap Chat live. This option provides immediate assistance and allows you to resolve concerns during operational hours quickly.

  • For session preparation, integration, or other therapeutic needs, tap Send message to text your guide and receive detailed help.

  • For common questions, visit the Mindbloom Help Center to browse FAQs and read detailed articles
