Crushed Tablets
If your tablets arrive crushed instead of solid circles, you can still proceed with sublingual administration as usual. Simply place the pieces together in your mouth. Potency will not be impacted
Crushed or powdered tablets remain effective when no medication is lost.
Carefully remove the powder or broken tablet from its packaging, using a spoon if needed.
Place it sublingually (under your tongue) or between your gum and lip for absorption.
Incomplete Shipments
Verify that all packages, including internal containers, have been opened as shipments may arrive split among them.
Take photos of the received tablets and note any discrepancies in total count.
Submit these photos and details to Mindbloom for correction.
