Superbill vs Itemized Receipt

Includes: Only clinical visits with an associated CPT or Billing Code.
Excludes: Guide appointments, treatment sessions, and medication management
Purpose: Typically used for insurance reimbursement or FSA/HSA claims
Availability: After you initial video consult is completed
Itemized Receipt
Includes: All program expenses, including Guide Appointments, Treatment Sessions, and Medication Management.
Excludes: Billing codes
Purpose: Proof of payment
Availability: After all payments are completed
