Can I use my insurance?

Information for visitors and leads re: insurance reimbursement

Updated yesterday

This is a very common question, and one that's critical to making an informed decision about your plan for treatment.

Mindbloom goes above and beyond to help every client receive reimbursement from their insurance, as well as their HSA or FSA.

The best way to determine if you're in a state where treatment can be rendered, and insurance can be billed, is to complete our Candidate Survey. As you complete it, you'll find out if you're in an eligible state.

If you've already completed the Candidate Survey, then the best way to find out if ketamine therapy is covered by your specific health plan, is to call their support team and ask them directly.

You'll want to ask them about out-of-network reimbursement for a 45-minute initial consult (billing code 99204), and a 25-minute medication management consult (billing code 99214).

Remember, in the case you're not a medical fit for treatment, you'll receive 100% of your money back.
