When taking the tablets, how do I hold the silva in my mouth?

To take the tablets:

  1. Place the tablets between your cheek and gums and let them begin to dissolve

  2. Use your tongue to gently move the tablets around until they are fully dissolved

  3. Once dissolved, mix the medication with your saliva, hold the liquid in your mouth for 7 minutes, then spit it out

If you’re having trouble holding your saliva in your mouth, try closing your lips, relaxing your mouth, and focusing on breathing through your nose for the full 7 minutes.

The most crucial part of this step is avoiding swallowing any saliva.
