How do I use the guided intention-setting feature to set an intention?

To set an intention using the guided intention-setting feature on the Mindbloom app:

  1. Tap Set Your Intention – Now with Guidance and go to the What is Your Intention for Today? section

  2. Tap Guide Me at the bottom to start the guided flow

  3. Answer the questions that appear, which may ask about areas you've been doing well or areas you'd like to improve

  4. Review a summary of your responses and additional questions to help clarify your priorities

  5. Based on your answers, you’ll receive three suggested intentions.

    • Choose one of the suggested intentions or:

    • Write your own intention if none resonate

    • Combine elements from multiple suggestions to create a custom intention.

  6. Once you've selected or created your intention, proceed with your session
