How do I add an intention for a session?

To add an intention for a session:

  1. Navigate to the Mindbloom app

  2. From the Home tab

  3. Navigate to the session, and under Intention, tap Set Intention

  4. If you have an intention in mind,

    1. Tap Yes

    2. Type or use voice-to-text to record your intention

    3. Tap Continue

  5. If you don't have an intention in mind,

    1. Tap Help me get started

    2. Navigate through the prompts

      1. To continue, tap Guide me

      2. To add the intention, tap Save

    3. You'll see three options displayed. Choose one by tapping the arrow.

    4. Tap Confirm

    5. To begin again with a new direction, tap Edit my original intention
