Once you sign up for a Mindbloom program, you can see your payment history, next charge date & amount, remaining balance, and payment methods in the Mindbloom app or by clicking here.
Steps for the Mindbloom app
1. Open the app and go to the Home tab.
2. Tap Profile (top left).
3. Scroll to Settings and tap Manage payment & billing.
4. On the Billing screen you can:
See what you’ve Paid and what’s Remaining.
View your next charge date and amount.
Add or edit your payment methods
Tap an installment to open its invoice/receipt.
To update your credit card information:
Tap Profile,
navigate to Your Settings,
select Manage Payment & Billing.
Enter your new credit card details and save changes before the next billing cycle.
Accessing Payment Information via the Web
Log in to the Mindbloom dashboard using a computer or web browser.
Go to the Billing tab from the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
Privacy and Support Limitations
Mindbloom support staff cannot make changes to your billing information. Only account holders are authorized to update payment details from their dashboard.
Mindbloom does not process card details over the phone. All updates must be made through the online dashboard.
