What is an Integration Circle?

Updated over a week ago

Integration Circles are one of the most effective ways to deepen the impact of your Mindbloom program. They are free, live Zoom sessions where a small group of clients (typically 3–7 participants) come together, guided by a trained Mindbloom facilitator. These circles provide a structured and supportive space to reflect on your experiences, explore integration practices, and connect with others who understand the process.

Conversations are gently guided by the facilitator and may include:

  • reflecting on recent sessions

  • exploring emotions or insights

  • building integration practices and habits

Types of Circles

In addition to Universal Circles, Mindbloom offers themed circles that bring together clients with shared experiences, including:

  • Women’s

  • Men’s

  • LGBTQ+

  • Grief

  • PTSD Healing

  • Meditation

These themed spaces can offer a deeper sense of connection and relatability.

Logistics

  • Circles are 60 minutes (Meditation Circles are typically shorter)

  • Offered daily across a variety of times and available to active Mindbloom clients

  • Bookable directly in the app under the Community tab

You can attend multiple circles throughout your program, and many clients find regular participation especially helpful for integration. We recommend booking the circles you plan to attend and adjusting in advance if your schedule changes.

Is sharing required?

Sharing is always optional.

You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels supportive; whether that means actively sharing, listening, or simply being present. Facilitators provide prompts to guide reflection, while honoring each person’s pace and comfort level. Meditation Circles are more passive and focused on guided practice rather than discussion.

What to expect in the space

Integration Circles are designed to be:

  • respectful and supportive

  • focused on the integration of your Mindbloom experience

  • grounded in curiosity and personal reflection (rather than advice-giving)

This helps create a safe and meaningful environment for everyone involved.
